Returns & Exchange Policy

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for exchange of same item (if available) or item of equal price. Merchandise must be returned in new and exact condition it was shipped, preferrably in the original packaging. Please email to inform us of your return and how we can serve you.

 

Custom hand stamped orders may not be returned or exchanged. Any errors made on hand stamped orders will be rectified immediately. 

 

DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF JEWELRY, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE OR THE JEWELRY MAY BECOME DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. Item will be replaced or exchanged as soon as it is received. Please be advised that shipping fees are not refundable.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?

You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction has been received.

 

 

CAN YOU MAKE REPAIRS?

If your item was purchased within the last 365 days and was handmade, there will be no charge for repairs to your jewelry. Simply email us and let us know how we can help. If your item was purchased after a one year, you will be charged $10 minimum for the repair. Any item that needs to be re-handcrafted will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

 

It's unpleasant losing an earring, but there are some in the collection that can be duplicated and some one-of-a-kinds that cannot. If you lose an earring, please send a picture to our email address and we will inform you if we can make a replacement.
